Mr. William M.
Mitchell has been appointed president of the newly formed company;
and will direct a dedicated staff with
a wealth of experience in the
refinery production and marketing op erations.
Mitchell, a
geologist, comes to Green Hills with forty years experience in the
oil & gas industry and the environmental consulting industry. Most
recently, Mitchell served as a contractor to Region 4, United States
Environmental Protection Agency.
